I often feel that is the complete and total truth - it's wonderful to be able to recognize each and every child as a gift, regardless of their personalities or differences. You definitely sound like you are a wonderful, in-tune Mommy!Kim H.https://www.blogger.com/profile/12684666350821801488noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3418225922559629503.post-82797192885618937922008-10-09T18:54:00.000-04:002008-10-09T18:54:00.000-04:00Cassie, don't be silly. Luke prays one decade at most, and that's wehn he decides he wants to!
If you are setting an example for your kids they will certainly return to it.
99.9% of the time it is challenging to get the children to pray calmly. Every night Luke manipulates me during our prayers to say them his way, not mine!
You are doing an awesome job -- don't be discouraged!Cathy Adamkiewiczhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15196264677086881776noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3418225922559629503.post-51608619601203396072008-10-09T17:04:00.000-04:002008-10-09T17:04:00.000-04:00I have a wild colt as well, but I still am not fee...I have a wild colt as well, but I still am not feeling better because mine doesn't go pray his Rosary at all, much less by himself. I can't even get my almost 9 year old interested. Only my little girl, 20 months old, will sit with me and say Amen after each Hail Mary. I feel like a failure now... :-(CJ Sweethttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15540363106412961699noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3418225922559629503.post-74703462106952054562008-10-09T11:25:00.000-04:002008-10-09T11:25:00.000-04:00Oh I LOVE this post! I love the quote you used in this post. Thank goodness for husbands who can verify for their wives that yes, their son's behavior is normal. Oh and Luke you are a gentleman and wild colts do make the best horses!Soul Pocketshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02850973780011481487noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3418225922559629503.post-46590298816036858412008-10-09T08:47:00.000-04:002008-10-09T08:47:00.000-04:00I'm not a little feisty boy.
